Trust Services
Praxis Fiduciaries, through its associated trustee companies, provides a comprehensive range of offshore trustee services to private and corporate clients.
A trust is an extremely flexible vehicle and can be used for a variety of different purposes including tax planning, estate planning, forced heirship planning and asset protection planning generally. In recent times, offshore trusts have been increasingly used by corporate clients, particularly for holding certain assets off-balance sheet, or for setting up employee benefit trusts (including share schemes) and unapproved retirement benefit-schemes.
In addition to drafting and reviewing draft trust deeds for new trusts, Praxis Fiduciaries will, in suitable cases, accept the trusteeship of existing trusts, based either in the Channel Islands, Geneva or in other jurisdictions, where a change of trustee is desired.
The ongoing trust administration service provided is comprehensive, and includes fully computerised multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting services, the operation of trust bank accounts, investment portfolio performance monitoring, maintaining records of trustee resolutions and arranging for the safe custody of trust assets.

Corporate Services
Praxis Fiduciaries provides a complete incorporation and ongoing administration service for companies from all major offshore jurisdictions, and is also able to assist clients who require companies to be formed in jurisdictions whose extensive double taxation treaties are often very useful in international tax planning arrangements.
Wherever possible under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is incorporated, Praxis will arrange for the day to day administration of the company to be carried out in the Channel Islands, Geneva or Luxembourg, simply maintaining the minimum required presence in the jurisdiction of incorporation.
Once the company is incorporated, Praxis Fiduciaries will in most cases take responsibility for the future administration of the company, including the provision of the entire board of directors, the company secretary, nominee shareholders and the registered office (through overseas agents, where applicable), the opening and operation of all bank accounts, maintaining the statutory records and accounting records, preparing and executing all relevant board minutes, preparing annual accounts and arranging for an annual audit (if required), and all other work relating to the administration of the company and all of its assets or business.
